• Our scarves are shipped first class, tracked, for a charge of £5 in the UK. Outside the UK we use International Tracked for a charge of £35. Please note that unless prior arrangements are made, due to our rural location, items might take a little longer to arrive.
• While in principle we run a ‘No Returns’ policy, our primary care is that all our customers are delighted with our service and their purchase.  In the unlikely event that you’re not completely happy for any reason, please contact us and hopefully we can sort something out to suit all parties. See under ‘Legal’ for full details.
• Please be mindful that our scarves have led a previous life, and may tell their story through minor imperfection. Purchasing this item continues its narrative, so you can be confident that you’re making a positively sustainable choice for the planet.
